We all know Thanksgiving takes place at the end of the month, but did  you know that November isNational Gratitude Month? Research states that individuals who practice gratitude every day are not only happier, but also healthier. If you’re looking for ways to inspire daily gratitude, we wanted to give you a few ideas that are easy to implement this month:

  1. Start a gratitude journal. Entries don’t have to be long, simply write about someone or something you’re grateful for every day!
  2. Share your gratitude with others. It may sound simple, but make sure to recognize a friend, coworker, or family member for what you appreciate about them or something they’re doing.
  3. Show appreciation by giving back to your community, neighborhood, or an organization. The holiday season is a great time to get involved and plugged in to volunteer or find opportunities to donate in meaningful ways.
  4. Implement gratitude meditation. This could be a yoga practice, or listening to a guided meditation daily.
